Injection molding steels
INJECTION MOLDING STEEL
Injection molding steel for corrosive and non-corrosive plastic material.
Flat or round profile. Peeled and annealed, hardened
Rolled or forged bars
Process EAF + LD + VD + ESR
This material is produced with high-tech plants and it is certified according to EU regulations.
The main property of this material is the ability to reach high polishability. It is suitable for PVD coating and photo etching and enables high level of workability.
PROPERTIES AND UTILIZATION
This material is intended for moulding of plastic material and offers high resistance to corrosion and staining during forging of corrosive material such as PVD and acetate material and for moulds that are subjected to humidity. It enables high resistance to corrosion during forging of abrasive material such as glass fiber polymer.
